Come and sample Rosmerta’s Broomstick Brack, filled with magical tokens inspired by Harry Potter, who will be lucky enough to get one:

Barmy Barmbrack - something for all the family. You can wander in and out all day and see whats in store, there are two dedicated sessions:
11:00 : Q&A for children with Sophie Cahalane, looking at what’s in barmbrack, how do we make them and much more. Observers can help with the choosing the fruit and preparing the ingredients. With a round of apple bobbing and fun for all a treat not to be mixed.
12:00: Avril Allshire from Caherbeg will be along for one for the adults – Blood Barm Brack just for Halloween – what’s the secret ingredient.
At lunchtime, Shannen Keane of Diva boutique bakery, Deli and café in Ballinspittle will round off the session with a demo on barmbrack and Christmas cake baking.
