Are you interested in making your own Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Kombucha, fermented foods full of good bacteria and digestive enzymes?
Using some home grown ingredients, we will demonstrate the basic methods involved in getting started. There will be plenty of samples to try - Honey ferment for colds, Beet Kvass, Red Onion ferment and more!
The workshop will be delivered by fermentation enthusiasts Adrienne and Sharron from Bandon Community Allotments.
